Our Women’s Program has been such a hit that we’re continuing it for another block. Over the past few weeks, the group has been having the best time. Lots of laughs, lots of learning, and women stepping onto the mats thinking “I’m not sure about this”… then absolutely loving it.

This is a supportive, beginner-friendly program where you’ll learn how to protect yourself, position your body in safe ways, and use technique rather than strength. Confidence builds quickly, without feeling rushed or thrown in the deep end.

Going forward, the Women’s Program will run in 4-week blocks, with each block building on the last while keeping the foundations the same.

Mums + teens welcome:
Kids are welcome to come along and wait in reception or watch from the sidelines, then jump straight into their class after. It’s also a great option for mums and teens who want to learn together.

You’re welcome to join at any time, or start fresh from the new block. A 4-week commitment helps keep consistency within the group.
